"I had to send back a jacket…"
I had to send back a jacket that just didn’t fit right, and the whole return process on fortnine.ca was super straightforward. The steps were easy to follow, I got the return label quick, dropped it off, and my refund came through without me having to bug anyone. It took a few days, but that’s normal. Overall, really easy and hassle-free

Had to return something the other day because it just wasn’t quite right, and I was expecting the refund to take a while. But it showed up in my account way faster than I thought it would. Didn’t have to go back and forth or anything, so yeah, happy with how it went.

"Fast Shipping and Accurate Stock"
I ordered a helmet and a pair of gloves from fortnine because they were showing as in stock. i kind of assumed it would follow the usual pattern with online orders and turn into a delay or a backorder email a day later, but that didn’t happen. Everything shipped out quickly, and the stock info was actually accurate. Nice surprise for once.

"Super easy checkout"
Ordered a helmet from fortnine the checkout was smooth. Shipping options were clear, payment worked on the first try, and there weren’t any random extra fees showing up at the very end, who doesn’t appreciate that? Took me maybe 3 minutes total. What more can you really ask for? I’d definitely use them again

"Sizing Help Was Actually Useful"
I ordered a jacket from FortNine and, i wasn’t totally sure what size to get since I’m usually kind of between a medium and a large. I checked their sizing info and read through some reviews, and that helped me make the call. It showed up fitting pretty much perfectly — maybe just a tiny bit snug, but that’s fine for riding. Overall, really happy with it, and yeah, definitely glad I didn’t have to deal with a return.

"Decent order, but not totally worth the hassle"
I ordered a jacket and a pair of gloves from fortnine. Shipping was actually fine, but I had to wait in a queue longer than I expected, which was annoying. The jacket felt a bit cheaper than I thought it would for the price, but the gloves are good and I’m happy with those. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not amazing enough for what I paid.

"First Impression: Packaging Needs Work"
Order showed up on time, so no complaints there. But the second I saw the box, I figured something was probably broken. It was beat up and there wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily everything was fine, but yeah, they definitely need to do better with the packaging.

"Pretty good overall"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and everything has shown up in good condition with prices that feel fair. Compared to a couple of other places I’ve used, they’re solid, though one of my orders did take a little longer to ship than I expected. Still, I’d probably order again.

I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I was a bit torn when my order got mixed up and it took longer than I expected to hear back. That said, once support responded, they were friendly and got everything sorted out for me. Not a perfect experience, but it didn’t completely shake my trust in them

"Good selection, but sometimes I feel rushed"
I’ve had a good experience browsing FortNine overall. They usually have a solid selection, especially for helmets, gloves, and random bike parts, and I like that there are usually a few different price points to compare. The only thing is some items sell out fast or only have weird sizes left, so I sometimes feel a bit pressured to decide quickly before the option I want disappears. Still, it’s been a helpful site for checking out gear before buying, and it’s better than most other places I’ve looked at in Canada.

Most of the stuff I usually look for is in stock, so ordering is simple. I mean, if they have what I need, then it kind of feels like the whole site works better, if that makes sense
